This is a five-star review for Mayra Noel, the Property Manager of the Victoria Grove Community. As a long-standing homeowner within the Victoria Grove Community, I am pleased to offer my highest review to Mayra Noel for her exemplary performance as our Property Manager. With over a decade of residency, I have witnessed the ongoing improvement and maintenance of our community, thanks to Mayra's dedicated efforts. Mayra is not only accessible but also receptive to inquiries and suggestions. Her professionalism and willingness to engage with residents have been instrumental in the continuous enhancement of our community. This review serves as a well-deserved acknowledgment of Mayra's exceptional work. We extend our gratitude to Mayra and encourage her to persist in her outstanding contributions to our community.

GRS Management has been the HOA management company for Madison Lakes since we moved here 15 years ago. We are a community of 130 homes and I have found that GRS has the protocol and communications infrastructure to manage our community’s interest with minimal impact on residents. For the past 8 years or so, Lisa Hoffman has been our representative and I have been fortunate enough to be on the Board of Directors for several years and president for two terms. There are many administrative activities for our community that most of us aren’t aware of and Lisa always made sure that we were following standard procedures and maintaining our community in an efficient, respectful and legal manner. Lisa has been a leader in helping our community deal with problem residents through appropriate notices and guidance through arbitration when needed. I have been informed that Lisa will be moving on to other communities and I will certainly miss her. I’m sure GRS will be able to fill the position and maintain the great services they provide to our community but it will be hard to replace her commitment and dedication to us. Thank you.

We purchased our condo at Grand Isle in West Palm Beach three years ago. I had issues getting the proper documents just after purchasing it. Melissa saved me and has always been our saving grace. She is knowledgeable and willing to help as much as she can. Curtis is in charge of maintenance. We had issues that needed immediate attention, however it was on Friday. He drove an hour to solve the problem. There have been many things he has solved for us. He takes care of Grand Isle as if its his own. Patti is the manager of Grand Isle. Within the short time she has been here, she has provided information and ways to solve problems that seem unsolvable. She makes sure Grand Isle is a safe and beautiful place to live. Angel and Simon are responsible for making this place look beautiful. It’s the beauty of this complex that lured us to buy. We are so grateful to all of these hardworking individuals who make Grand Isle a place that you can’t resist. Our whole family loves it!

As a contractor for 13 years, I have come across several managements, and I am continuously impressed with GRS Management. More specifically with the outstanding managing in Grand Isles. Working with Patricia the property manager has been a delight. Her communication and dedication to the community is one that every property manager should aspire to have. But behind every great property manager comes an amazing team. Melissa is attentive to all residents and ensures that Patricia gets the help she needs with any given task. Curtis in maintenance is knowledgeable in many trades and is always willing and ready to assist any contractor. Angel and Simon have also been a pleasure to work with. GRS Management is doing a wonderful job hiring the best to represent them in their communities, a true power team in Grand Isles.
